Bari's Focaccia.

Tasting Bari's focaccia is not an invitation, it's a must! Unique in taste and very easy to find in one of the many bakeries in the city, focaccia can be tasted hot in any moment of the day. Differently from the traditional pizza, our focaccia has a unique consistency, crunchy border, 2/3cm tall and made only with double zero flour, re-milled semolina, olive oil, sourdough, water, salt, all stuffed with cherry tomatoes and olives.
